Discover
the new cheese collections that we created in cooperation with Monsieur
Hervé Mons de Roanne, the first "Meilleur Ouvrier de France"
(MOF) in the category Master of Cheese Maturing. With a unique passion
for his trade, Hervé Mons offers cheeses that mature to perfection
in his natural cellars and under his special care.
The
Green Normandy and its mild weather with regular and light showers and
the constant warm ocean breeze make the soil extremely fertile and ensure
lush pastures. The Isigny Butter embodies all of these great elements.
The yellow, daisy-like colour, the subtle nutty flavour and the rich vitamin
content of Isigny Butter convinced us to award it with the official AOC
Quality Label in 1986.
Crême
fraîche with AOC Quality Label
Isigny Crème is made from the cream of the best milk that comes
from the “Region du Bessin” and the “Région du
Cotentin.” It does not contain any additives or artificial colouring.
A smooth, delicious and at the same time rich Crème.
