A blue cheese from the region of Liébana, located in the North of Spain at the foot of the Picos de Europa. Artisanally produced from a mixture of cows, sheeps and goats milk, it delights with its strong, spicy taste and creamy, silken consistency. It is slightly yellowish and covered with bluish green lines of Penicillin mould. It is matured for 5 months. The cheese is packaged in aluminium foil and thus preserves its typical, slightly, savoury Penicilium flavour.
