Fromi exclusive. The Chèvre d’Argentalis a soft cheese made from 100% goat’s milk with a white mould rind. Its unique hexagonal-shape of the 1 kilo piece makes it attractive in the cheese counter. The Chèvre d’Argentalhas a fine goat flavour without being too strong. The longer this cheese ripens, the smoother, creamier and more spreadable its paste becomes. As ripening progresses, the cheese becomes more flavourful, yet without becoming too strong. Maturing period: min. 2 weeks.
