We present to you our famous Cremoso al Tartufo agednwith summer truffle. It has taken years of hard work for us tondevelop this cheese. We use a gorgonzola that has beennaged for 90 days as the base for this creation: extremelyncreamy, intensely smooth to the point of almost beingnliquid. Then we leave it for 15 days to infuse in our top-nsecret truffle mix recipe. Following this infusion and aging,nthe cheese is covered with fine flakes of dried truffle.
