A creation from our Master Cheesemaker Kevin Koch. The cheese is entirely covered in hemp seeds and leaves. Ripened for about 10 to 12 weeks, it has a very aromatic flavour with notes of walnut. Its texture is soft and slightly creamy, and melts in the mouth. You can enjoy it cold on a cheese platter, but it’s also great in a dish with melted cheese like raclette, which magnifies the flavour of the combination of cheese and hemp.
