Mini Cheddar Gorge with truffle

Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company’s cheddar is the only one still produced in the town of Cheddar, a large village in Somerset, southern England. The mini flavoured cheddars, coated in wax, are available in original and indulgent flavours: vintage (Especially strong), truffle, black pepper, chilli, red onion, oak smoked and whisky. Traditional cheddars with a modern twist! They are handcrafted using local raw milk and the cheddaring technique. The aromatic ingredients are added directly to the crumbled curd before moulding, so that the flavours are well integrated throughout the cheese. After maturing, the cheddars are coated in coloured wax. Cheddars for all lovers of new flavours!
