High quality certified organic churn butter available in various original flavours, fig-anise, honey-mustard, chilli pepper and fried onions, cep mushroom. The producers, the 2 Boyz, Moritz Oswald and Fabio Cestari de Mesquita, met in 2011 at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, during their apprenticeship as cooks. There, they learnt a great deal, and developed a passion for churn butter, an exceptional and very high quality butter. After several years working in the gastronomic sector, they realised that in Germany or Austria, no such high-quality butter existed, so they decided to launch it on the market themselves. They started searching for an exceptional butter, which they found in the Allgäu Alps: an organic “Bioland” certified churn butter. The Boyz receive their butter just 24 hours after it has been produced. After several kneading operations, it is left to rest for 24 hours. On the second day, it is kneaded again, then lightly salted. On the third day, the butter is flavoured.
