Hand-ladled into the mould. This small 150 g organic camembert is an outstanding cheese made according to the ancient traditions of the master cheese-makers. It is made from carefully selected organic raw milk collected from producers in the Orne pastureland area and moulded by hand with a ladle. It has a clean taste and a texture that becomes very soft as it matures.
