Petit Grès d’Alsace with Beaujolais wooden box base

Soft cheese with a washed rind. It matures for at least 3 weeks in humid cellars in the vineyards of the Alsace region. A very attractive specialtiy filled with Beaujolais puree. Full and fine flavour.
