A raclette made from good Fribourg ORGANIC milk. This Swiss raclette, made with milk from the Fribourg region, has a fine, smooth-melting paste with a few holes. The rich floral diversity in these pastures gives the cheese a distinctive taste that is full of character. It is cellar-ripened for a minimum of 5 months. It also makes a very good dessert cheese. Naturally lactose-free.
