Created by our master cheesemaker. The Tomme de ChèvrenLa Tradition is made from pure goat’s milk. It is then placednin the ripening cellar for at least 3 weeks where it is regularlynturned so that it can ripen evenly. During this time a naturalnrind with surface mould forms, giving the cheese itsncharacteristic goat aromas with hazelnut, mushroom andnbrush wood notes.
