Roast fillet of beef with Renan Bio Demeter Jurassic and mashed celeriac

  • 50 g Renan Bio Demeter Jurassic
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g celeriac
  • 300 g fillet of beef
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • White pepper

Preparation steps

Chop the celeriac into small cubes and cook to tender in the vegetable stock. Drain.
Grate the Renan Bio Demeter Jurassic into a large bowl.
Add the celeriac, butter, cream and white pepper and blend until smooth.
Slice the fillet of beef thinly. Season and fry rapidly in the frying pan.
Cook the broccoli in boiling water.
Serve the mashed celeriac with Renan Bio Demeter Jurassic, sliced beef and broccoli on a plate.
