Cheddar Gorge’s Cheddar with Port is made with Ruby Port, using traditional methods. The curds are soaked in Port and then moulded and pressed in cylinders. It has a slightly sweet taste with a very pleasant aftertaste of Port. Its subtly marbled appearance is very pretty and eye-catching.
