For our Master Cheesemaker working with chocolate and cheese is a passion! Choco Moro is a creamy blue coated with 60% Blend Tanzania Peru’e Venezuela cocoa dark chocolate from Peratoner. It is decorated with a small square of Valrhona white chocolate which proudly proclaims the name Choco Moro. The 250 g Entremet can be sold by a full or 1/2 piece (125 g). What does it taste like? Choco Moro is simply indescribable! Taste it! Is it for dessert or with an aperitif? Our hearts are torn between the two.
