In a wooden box. Seasonal product. In order to produce this Mont d’Or AOP La Tradition, our master cheesemaker has chosen the expert knowledge of the Mont de Joux dairy in the Haut-Doubs region. The best cheeses are selected and matured with particular care in the cellars. The result of these efforts is a texture that is more supple and a brilliant white rind. The special flavour of Mont d’Or cheese is marked by spruce wood, which radiates from the belt that surrounds it and gives it this unique wood taste as well as a note of mushroom and potatoes – all of this in conjunction with the wonderful intensity of the mountain milk.
