Swiss Raclette Tsalé with four pepper (pink peppercorns and white, green and black peppers) with a unique spicy flavour from the balanced and very tasty combination of cheese and peppers. Tsalé is made with good mountain milk from Fribourg. The green pastures of the Fribourg Prealps give the milk a distinctive, characteristic taste as well as a fine, smooth-melting paste. This raclette is IP Suisse certified. This label guarantees that the cows are regularly taken out for fresh air and are fed a diet containing no soya that emphasises grass and hay. In addition, the farm must comply with biodiversity criteria. The square shape is easier to cut so you can offer attractive slices and avoid waste.
