Tomme des Croquants à la liqueur de noix La Tradition

Ripened with walnut liqueur. The Tomme des Croquants is shaped in a “wicker basket” mould and rubbed during ripening (around 6 weeks) with a salty solution of walnut liqueur and caramel for a lovely brown colour and subtle aroma of walnuts. The texture is creamy and melting. There are some openings in the paste.
