A new original creation in the Signature range! The Tomme Châtaigne – Grand-Marnier Signature is made from a natural Tomme cheese with thermised milk. After an ideal ripening period of 7 days in the cellar, this Tomme cheese is cut in half and delicately filled with mascarpone and finished with a mixture of chestnut purée, chestnut pieces and Grand Marnier. The sweetness of the chestnuts on the palate contrasts with the Grand Marnier flavour and blends perfectly with the freshness of the Tomme.
