Couronne Picandou® Plain

Couronnes Picandou® are fresh cheeses made from goat’s milk in France. They are available in three varieties: natural, with shallots or coated with red and green sweet peppers They are distinguished by their unique shape: round with a hole in the middle, reminiscent of a crown. They are meticulously ladle-moulded and hand-coated, a testament to the craftsmanship and care that goes into every stage of production. This gives them their lovely airy texture. They are offered individually pre-packed in a transparent tray.
