This small fresh goat’s milk cheese is handcrafted at the family Dairy “Fromagerie du Pont de Pierre” in Belgium. The goat’s milk comes from the eastern edge of the Ardennes. It has a creamy texture. Its sweet, fruity flavour comes from the addition of honey and pink biscuits from Reims. A high-quality cheese with an authentic flavour, ideal as an aperitif or dessert.
