Saint Jacques with pink peppercorns

Farmhouse production. Softcheese made from cow’s milk.  The Saint Jacques aux Baies Roses is an original and refined variation on the Saint Jacques. It is produced using traditional, handcrafted methods. Beneath its thin white rind lies a creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture, which is firmer at the centre depending on its stage of maturation. The pink peppercorns subtly enhance its milky sweetness, adding delicate fruity, slightly peppery and aromatic notes.
