Raclette le Fribourg with truffle

Fribourg with truffles is a Swiss raclette cheese made with mountain milk from the Fribourg region. The grass of the green pastures of the Fribourg Pre-Alps gives the milk and character to the milk, as well as a fine, melt-in-the- mouth melt-in-the-mouth texture. The pieces of summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt., 2.1%) present in the paste give it an exquisite, refined flavour. The texture of Le Fribourg Truffle Raclette is unctuous.
