Roulé with shallots and chives

The Roulé shallot and chives is the latest flavour in the Roulés range. It complements the garlic and fine herbs variety perfectly, yet has a milder and more widely appealing flavour. The unique, manual production process used to make this fresh cheese in the shape of a roll gives it a wonderfully creamy and delicate texture. The curd is drained in linen bags, cut into rectangular slices, sprinkled with chives and shallots, and then rolled up by hand. This spiral layer of chives and shallots is the Roulé’s distinguishing feature.
