As such, we present to you the Cremoso al Caffè, a unique combination of creamy Italian blue cheese and “Indo” arabica coffee from one of Italy’s greatest roasters: Giamaica Caffè Srl. The Cremoso al Caffè cheese is made in the heart of the Veneto region. The base is a 90-day aged Gorgonzola DOP, slowly infused with powdered arabica coffee (2%) over 10 days. On top, a few Ethiopian arabica coffee beans covered in dark chocolate (cacao from Ecuador/Peru and from Madagascar) put the finishing touches on the recipe and decoration. What else? Nothing. Served with a spoon, it will make the perfect, stunning end to a meal.
