Cremoso al Pesto

A Fromi creation from our Master Cheesemaker Vincent Christophe in collaboration with the Moro cheese dairy. Made in Italy, in the heart of the Veneto region, Cremoso al Pesto uses a base of Gorgonzola DOP matured for 90 days. It is then enhanced with a green pesto preparation, made from basil added directly to the cheese. The pesto adds a fresh, herbaceous note that makes the cheese particularly refreshing. This cheese is only available by pre-order to guarantee its freshness. Served by the spoonful, on toast or toasted bread, Cremoso al Pesto is a real delight.”
