Hand-ladled soft cheese made from full-fat goat’s milk, with a superficial grey moulding. The paste is white or ivory, with a consistent and thin texture. It is crossed through by a rye straw engraved with the name of the appellation and attesting to the origin of production. Highly characteristic soft goat flavour with a hazelnut taste depending on the season. Maturation period: min. 10 days. The mould that develops on the surface is a normal part of the ripening process. Intense, fullbodied flavour. Individually packaged.
