This cheese is the perfect illustration of our close collaboration with our partners. During a visit with our sales team at the Fromagerie des Alpines, our employee, Maxime Besombes, submitted the idea to the producer of combining seaweed with his goat’s cheese, given that the farm is located in Normandy, just a few miles from the English Channel. After a few tests, the cheese was already excellent. In honour of our salesperson, the name Saint Maxime was given to the cheese. This is a beautiful collaboration, a close partnership between Fromi, its employees, its producers and in the end, it is you, our customers, who will complete the loop of the success of this product.
