This is a new product in the Isigny Calvados range! This pressed tomme cheese matures 4 months on wooden boards, in the cellars of the Chef-du-Pont cheese factory in Normandy. The milk is collected locally, in the heart of the Isigny region, from producers of the cooperative. This exceptional product combines the excellence of the land and the ancestral know-how of the master cheese makers. It has a fruity taste and a soft, melting texture.
