  • 1 kg Délice d’Argental
  • 300 g Spécialité Laitière au fromage blanc Isigny
  • 40 g Valrhona cocoa powder
  • 150 g chocolate shavings
  • 15 cherries in liqueur
  • Cherry liqueur
  • Gold leaf sheets

Preparation steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk the Isigny cream cheese with the cocoa powder.
  2. Lightly flavour the mixture with the cherry liqueur.
  3. Crush a dozen cherries and add them to the chocolate cream cheese.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the Délice d’Argental horizontally into 3 layers.
  5. Generously top these cheese discs with the mixture and stack them.
  6. Cover the entire cheese with the remaining mixture and coat with the chocolate shavings.
  7. Decorate your cake with the liqueur cherries and gold leaf.
