Oven-baked Black Forest farmhouse bread topped with grilled Fleur des Alpes Michel Grossrieder cheese

Preparation steps

1. Put tuna, peppers and halved tomatoes on the slices of bread.
2. Lay slices of Fleur des Alpes on top and bake for 15 mins at 200°C.

😉 Tip: Why not spice it up a bit with a few drops of Tabasco sauce?
