Baby Blue Stilton PDO Hartington is the little brother of Blue Stilton, weighing in at around 2.5 kg. It’s handcrafted at Pikehall Farm using local milk from the Derbyshire Dales in the UK. It is matured for 8 weeks and has a unique blue colour and extraordinary creaminess. It is ideal with pears or celery. It’s also a delight in sauce with meat and a glass of red wine.
