The Artigiana Burrata it produces is a cheese made from cow’s milk with a Mozzarella base and a creamy centre. Filled by hand according to the ancient traditions used in Apulia, it combines all the flavours of the milk from this terroir. When you slice into it, the cream nestling at the centre of this Burrata ball sumptuously spills out. Caseificio Artigiana, created by the D’Ambruoso family, is located in Putignano in Apulia, Italy, to the south of Bari.Artigiana. Their Burrata has been awarded the prize for the best Burrata in the world at the Italian Cheese Awards in 2018 and 2019! It has also been awarded the Italian Traditional Agri-Food Product Label.
