Cheddar Gorge’s Cheddar with truffle is a premium-quality raw milk cheese. Pieces of summer truffle Sabatino Tartufi (Tuber Aestivum vitt. 3%) are mixed into the curd during production. As the cheese ripens – over a period of 6 months – its truffle flavours increase. The rich, creamy flavour of this cheese will pleasantly surprise your palate.
