When it has reached the right degree of maturity, it can be spread. Thanks to ultra filtration technology, the Crémeux d‘Argental’s paste is very soft. It offers consistent quality and excellent nutritional values: calcium, phosphorus, and serum proteins. It has a mildy and creamy taste.
