A marvellous creation, developed in collaboration with our master cheesemaker and the Moro cheese dairy in Oderzo, combining a Gorgonzola Cucchiaio DOP with a 100% regional product: Prosecco. We chose the La Jara organic Prosecco rosé. La Jara is a century-old vineyard belonging to the Marion family. Located 50 km from Venice in the heart of the Prosecco DOP region, the vines here grow on extraordinary terrain that extends from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene to the Piave river. The vines are all grown using organic farming methods. To create the cheese, we developed our recipe by selecting 5% prosecco. This cheese has a truly creamy texture – a genuine cream. In its taste, you will recognise the tart and sparkling attributes of prosecco. For the final touch, we covered the cheese with beautiful rose petals that add a floral note and will attract plenty of attention on your cheese counter. A product for gourmet cheese lovers.
