Farm-made. This Saint Nectaire is made on the farm in the evening and the morning from fresh, warm milk. The cheeses ripen for 2 to 3 months in natural rock cellars on real straw in Aubière. The straw slightly dries off the cheese and gives it a special, fine taste. This farm made Saint Nectaire is offered in a wooden box designed especially for Fromi whose design reminds us of the natural cellars in which the cheeses are ripened.
