Ortolan is a soft cheese made from cow’s milk, produced in Franche-Comté. Ortolan is a mild cheese with a slightly nutty flavour, complemented by subtle notes of crème fraîche and butter. During its two- eek maturing period, the cheese develops its white noble mould rind. This pack of 8 individual 30 g  portions combines convenience with enjoyment. It is ideal for enjoying at any time, whilst preserving the cheese’s freshness and quality. A cheese for the whole family!
