Argental Micros are mini round soft cheeses with a supple, melt-in-the-mouth texture – almostcreamy – to be enjoyed at any time of day.The Microtruffe is filled with a sublime blend of small pieces of black truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt., 1.5%) and mascarpone it has mild flavours enhanced by subtle truffle notes.
