Ripened for 3 weeks minimum. Artisanal production. The Munster Géromé AOP Tradition Émotion is one of the finest specialities of France. It is traditionally produced in Lorraine and matured in Alsace on the other side of the Vosges. The result is a particularly smooth, soft-melting dough and a particularly beautiful orange rind. This original Munster cheese has a strong and slightly sweet taste.
