The first disc of meltingly soft ripened goat’s cheese made especially for Burger & Raclette! This small disc of goat’s cheese is made at the Picandine cheese dairy in Périgord using milk collected within a radius of 80 km of the cheese dairy. After several cooking attempts, the final result is here to stay. Its excellent cooking properties make it ideal for raclette at lunch or dinner with family or friends. Picandou Burger & Raclette develops all its flavours when heated. It’s simply delicious!
