Piccolo Canestrato al Pesto

Italian hardcheese made with ewe’s milk. With its magnificent green marbling inside the paste, Canestrato al Pesto will add colour to your display and really catch the eye. During ripening, this Italian cheese develops herbaceous and slightly spicy aromas that reveal the pesto (5%) incorporated into the paste. Remarkable when eaten cold, it will also brighten up many dishes when grated or melted.
