Semi-hard cheese made from unprocessed whole milk and ripened with our natural, organic, sulphite free Vincent Couche champagne. An explosive, sparkling mixture that will delight your taste buds. Originally intended as a one-off, this cheese proved to be a resounding success. So it just had to join the Jurassic range, alongside our tommes ripened with marc du Jura, vin jaune, and gentian: a truly top team! 100 days maturation. Pre-packing labels included.
