Semi-hard cheese made from unprocessed cow’s whole milk with a unique rind washed with vin jaune (yellow wine). Created by our master cheese maker and exclusive by Fromi. During its four-month ripening time, the cheese develops a lovely soft texture and an aromatic flavour. It can be melted like a traditional raclette cheese, but has a more powerful taste. It also tastes great on its own, like a Tomme. Pre- packing labels included.
