After an ideal ripening period of 7 days in the cellar, this natural Tomme cheese is cut in half and freshly filled with a mixture of mascarpone and mushrooms (4.2%). The freshness of the Tomme enhances the mushroom flavour on the palate perfectly, calling to mind woodland walks after a rainy day. Be enchanted by its light, delicate taste.
