Torti lemon

Torti are fresh goat’s milk cheeses, moulded in cloth and filled with fig or lemon jam. They are made in the Périgord Vert region from whole milk, using traditional methods that respect the quality of the product. They are very popular in summer, as an aperitif or to add a touch of freshness to a cheese platter.
