Fruitées Fromagères, fruit jellies to accompany cheese. Tomato, chilli, basil, sherry vinegar and sunflower seeds to accompany goat cheese or blue cheese such as Roquefort. The fruit jellies have not been to much sweetened when cooked. They are candied with cane sugar to preserve their flavour for longer. They bring subtlety and a bit of sweetness to the good taste of the acid fruits. The Fruitées Fromagères are designed by two big names in French gastronomy: Francis Miot, Best Jam maker of France and triple World Champion Jam Maker and Marie Quatrehomme, awarded Best Cheesemaker of France.
