Preparation steps
- Place the Picandou cheeses in a bowl and whisk, adding the sugar and ground coconut.
- Mix until you have a smooth, even cream. Add the mixture to a piping bag with a round nozzle.
- Peel the pineapple and cut into even-sized cubes.
- Place the slices of chocolate cake on a serving dish and coat with the Picandou and coconut cream.
- Top with cubes of pineapple.
- Garnish with coconut flakes and enjoy cool.
😉 Tip: You could also add a few drops of rum to the cheese cream.
