Moist chocolate cake with cool Picandou coconut and pineapple

  • 4 Picandou cheeses
  • 4 slices of chocolate cake
  • 20 g sugar
  • 15 g ground coconut
  • ½ pineapple
  • A few flakes of coconut

Preparation steps

  1. Place the Picandou cheeses in a bowl and whisk, adding the sugar and ground coconut.
  2. Mix until you have a smooth, even cream. Add the mixture to a piping bag with a round nozzle.
  3. Peel the pineapple and cut into even-sized cubes.
  4. Place the slices of chocolate cake on a serving dish and coat with the Picandou and coconut cream.
  5. Top with cubes of pineapple.
  6. Garnish with coconut flakes and enjoy cool.

😉 Tip: You could also add a few drops of rum to the cheese cream.
