Picandou® Honey & Fig with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 12 Picandou® Honey & Fig
  • 24 slices of bacon
  • Rosemary sprigs

Preparation steps

  1. Place two slices of bacon in the shape of a cross.
  2. Put one Picandou® Honey & Fig  cheese in the middle of the bacon slices and fold the bacon over the top. Repeat for the 11 remaining cheeses
  3. Pan-fry the cheeses and enjoy them with a salad.
