Sea salt and pepper
Preparation steps
Slice the courgette thinly lengthwise and boil in salted water for 2 minutes. Leave to cool.
Place two courgette slices next to one another and place another two on top to make a cross.
Put a Picandou in the middle and fold the courgette slices over to wrap the cheese. Repeat with the other 3 Picandou cheeses.
Grill on the plancha for a few minutes on each side.
Season with sea salt and pepper before serving.
