Spelt and cornflake rolls, Délice d’Argental and slivered almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 Délice d’Argental
  • 8 spelt and cornflake rolls
  • 8 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 8 tbsp brown sugar
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the spelt rolls in half and spread with Délice d’Argental.
  2. Caramelise the sugar in a small saucepan until it turns a nice caramel colour.
  3. Add the almonds to the pan then spread the mixture on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with a few sesame seeds.

 

😉 Tip: Try using honey instead of brown sugar.
